Senior Research Fellow at the Department of the History of State Terror of the Soviet Era at the Institute of History of Ukraine, NAS of Ukraine, member of the Board of the National Union of Local History of Ukraine. Research interests: history of the Soviet special services, dissident movement in the Ukrainian SSR, history of the Ukrainian diaspora, religious policy, socio-political life in Ukraine in the second half of the XX century, problems of establishment and functioning of the command and control system in the USSR.
