Ihor Hyrych

Head of the Department of Sources on the History of Ukraine of the Nineteenth and Early Twentieth Centuries at the M.Hrushevsky Institute of Ukrainian Archaeology and Source Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Historical Sciences. Author of more than 700 scientific and popular science articles and documentary publications, about 30 books. Compiler and editor of more than a hundred separate publications: books, collections, school textbooks, and journals. He is the editor-in-chief of the multi-volume series Mykhajlo Hrushevsky. Works: In 50 volumes". Corresponding member of the Ukrainian Free Academy of Sciences (USA, 1998) and full member of the Shevchenko Scientific Society (2005), winner of the Mykhajlo Hrushevsky Prize of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (2021).
