Devid L. Sloss
Professor of Law at Santa Clara University (California). Author and editor of five books, including Death of Treaty Supremacy: The Invisible Change in the Constitution (2016) and International Law in the U.S. Supreme Court (2011). His research interests cover a wide range of topics in international and constitutional law, as well as international relations.
Before beginning his academic career, David L. Sloss worked for the U.S. federal government, participating in the drafting of several international treaties. Notably, he spent nine years as an official at the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency.
